This operation will apply a graphics effect to the current selection, frame, or entire file. The current cursor position is used to detemine the current frame. Select the effect from the selection box.
Frames need to be complete, i.e. it is not possible to apply an effect to a frame with partial data at file end. The dialog's preview pane will indicate this in its status line.
